摘　　要：本文依据数字经济产业新业态赋予用人单位经管类岗位新的需求,重新定位了数智人才培养目标和毕业要求,以教学研究基地、现代产业学院、数智实训中心等数智教学资源为平台,通过全面推动专业数智课程内容改革和课程体系建设,形成了“大数据+人工智能”驱动的经管类专业数智人才培养模式,建立了数智基础课、数智专业课、数智实践课等课程模块,采取“校地企协”协同育人模式实施数智教学,提升经管类专业学生数智能力。Based on the new demands over economic and management talents of digital economy industry,this paper has repositioned the cultivating objectives and graduation requirements for big data and AI talents,and based on teaching and research bases,modern industrial college,big data and AI training centers and other teaching resources,comprehensively promoted the reform of professional digital intelligence curriculum content and the construction of curriculum system,formed a“big data+artificial intelligence”-driven training model for digital intelligence talents in economic and management majors,and established basic courses,professional courses and professional courses for digital intelligence.In the meantime,an“university+local government+enterprise+industrial association”coordinated educational mode was established to improve students'capabilities in big data and AI.
