摘  要:当前,三甲医院在绩效精细化管理方面存在职工参与意识不足、绩效考核模式不合理和绩效考核内容不够全面等问题。为此,提出提高绩效精细化管理意识、完善绩效考核模式、完善关键绩效考核指标体系和加强绩效考核信息化系统建设等建议,以期为三甲医院绩效精细化管理提供参考。The analysis of the performance data and the refined performance management of several tertiary A-level hospitals in Northwest Hebei shows that there are such problems as staff’s insufficient awareness of participation,the unreasonable performance evaluation mode,and the incomplete performance evaluation content.Some suggestions are made,such as raising the awareness of the refined performance management,perfecting the performance evaluation mode,improving the system of key performance evaluation indicators,and establishing a performance evaluation information system,hoping to provide reference for the refined performance management of hospitals.
