生态翻译学视域下阜新非遗外宣英译研究——以阜新东蒙短调民歌英译为例

摘　　要：随着我国对非物质文化遗产的挖掘与重视,各地陆续涌现出一批又一批的非遗文化,辽宁阜新蒙古族自治县,原是蒙古族的蒙古勒津地区,形成了已有300年历史的东蒙短调民歌文化,言简意赅,韵律整齐,善用修辞,内涵丰富。基于西方受众意识做好东蒙短调民歌的外宣英译工作,是提升民族自信心和文化国际话语权的重要渠道,拟从生态翻译学的三个核心维度(语言维,文化维和交际维)出发,充分发挥译者的主观能动性,对阜新东蒙短调民歌进行外宣英译,尝试探索出一个适合民歌外宣英译的翻译策略,弘扬中华优秀文化,切实提高中国文化软实力。With the excavation and attention of intangible cultural heritage in China,a batch of intangible cultural heritage has emerged in various places.Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County,Liaoning Province,was originally Mongolian Lejin area,formed a 300 years history of eastern Mongolian short-tune folk song culture,concise and comprehensive,orderly rhythm,good extensive use of rhetoric,rich connotation.Based on the awareness of Western audience,improving the international publicity and English translation of East Mongolian short-tune folk songs is an important channel to enhance national self-confidence and power of speech in the international stage.This paper starts from a new perspective——the three core dimensions of ecological translation(language dimension,cultural dimension and communication dimension)through giving full play to the translator′s subjective initiative.The translator translates Fuxin Eastern-Mongolian short-key folk songs to improve its international publicity,trying to explore a translation strategy suitable for the English translation of folk songs for international publicity,thus advocating the excellent Chinese culture,and effectively enhancing the soft power of Chinese culture.
