摘  要:新中国成立70多年以来,高校辅导员角色基本实现了由“政工干部”向“人生导师、知心朋友”的关键演变,主要经历了初步探索、优化成熟、精准发展三个阶段,角色定位由内涵单一转变为多元统整,角色期望由外在满足扩充为内外兼修,角色规范由政治优先发展为全面系统,角色实践由经验行动升格为专业合作,角色评价由单向考核强化为多维考评。从高校辅导员队伍“三化”建设和大学生思想政治教育科学化发展的趋势来看,辅导员理应呈现出基于“减法逻辑”的辅导本位回归、立足“三全育人”格局的不可替代性落实以及聚焦成长成才的“人生导师”现代转型,这是辅导员深化角色认知、实现角色优化、发挥角色优势的基本路向。Since the founding of the People's Republic of China more than 70 years ago,the role of college advisors has basically evolved from"political workers"to"life mentors and confidants",mainly going through three stages:initial exploration,optimization and maturity,and precise development.The role positioning has changed from single connotation to multi-dimensional integration,the role expectation has expanded from external satisfaction to both internal and external cultivation,the role norms have developed from political priority to comprehensive system,the role practice has been upgraded from experiential action to professional cooperation,and the role evaluation has been strengthened from one-way assessment to multi-dimensional evaluation.From the perspective of the"three-ization"construction of the college advisor team and the scientific development trend of ideological and political education for college students,advisor should present a return to counseling based on"subtractive logic",the irreplaceable implementation based on the"three-all education"pattern,and the modern transformation of the"life mentor"focusing on growth and talent,which is the basic direction for counselors to deepen role cognition,realize role optimization,and play role advantages.
