青年在职人员创业选择:基于家庭资本与人力资本的实证研究

摘　　要：“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下,青年创业再掀热潮,鼓励青年在职人员创新创业,能够推进兵团社会进步和经济的发展。基于对635名青年在职人员调研得到的数据,运用Logsitcs模型对青年在职人员家庭资本、人力资本对创业意愿和行为的影响因素进行了实证分析。发现父母所在地属性、父亲职业和家庭年收入等家庭资本对青年创业有显著影响;性别、年龄、职称、职业、学历、参加创业培训次数、创业政策了解和参加创业大赛等人力资本对青年创业有显著影响。建议完善创新创业政策、加大创新创业宣传、丰富创业教育和培训途径和加快兵团产业结构优化升级。In the context of the"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"era,youth entrepreneurship has reignited,encouraging young in-service staff to innovate and start businesses,which can promote social progress and economic development of the XPCC.Based on the data obtained from a survey of 635 young in-service staff,the Logsitcs model was used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of family capital and human capital on entrepreneurial willingness and behavior among them.It was found that family capital such as the location of parents,father's occupation,and annual family income had a significant impact on youth entrepreneurship.Gender,age,professional title,occupation,educational background,number of entrepreneurial training,understanding of entrepreneurship policies,and participation in entrepreneurial competitions have a significant impact on youth entrepreneurship.It is recommended to improve innovation and entrepreneurship policies,increase innovation and entrepreneurship promotion,enrich entrepreneurship education and training channels,and accelerate the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of the XPCC.
