摘 要:教师工作积极性是保障教师教学活动开展的内在动力源,更是衔接政策推行与落地间极为重要的影响要素。“双减”政策的实施对教师的工作积极性提出了更高要求。从三元交互决定论分析发现,教师个体、教师行为与教育环境三者间互相交互,两两之间互相影响与作用,深刻影响教师工作积极性。当前“双减”政策下学校仍面临着教师个体工作强度较以往加剧,教师信念及行为范式有待提升,学校环境层级有待进一步优化等问题。从三元交互决定论出发,解决上述问题可从完善激励策略,构建正确职业价值观;营造组织支持,持续规范教师的行为;强化制度建设,塑造良好的学校环境,不断为“双减”政策的贯彻落实提供支持,确保政策精准落实。Teachers'work enthusiasm is the internal power source to ensure the development of teachers'teaching activities,and it is also an extremely important influencing factor between the implementation and landing of policies.The implementation of the"double reduction"policy has put forward higher requirements for teachers'work enthusiasm.From the analysis of ternary interaction determinism,it is found that the interaction between teachers individual,teachers'behavior and educational environment is mutually influencing,and act on each other,which has a profound impact on teachers'work enthusiasm.Under the current"double reduction"policy,schools are still facing problems such as the intensification of teachers'individual work is more intensified than before,teachers'beliefs and behavior paradigms need to be improved,and the level of school environment needs to be further optimized.Starting from the ternary interactive determinism,the above problems can be solved by improving the incentive strategy and building the correct professional values;Create organizational support and continuously standardize teachers'behavior;Strengthen the system construction,create a good school environment,and continuously provide support for the implementation of the"double reduction"policy to ensure the accurate implementation of the policy.
