摘  要:喹唑啉酮结构单元广泛存在于多种具有药用价值的植物和微生物的次生代谢产物中,是一类在药物创制工作中具有重要开发应用价值的含氮分子骨架。喹唑啉酮类化合物展现出的较好环境兼容性、较强结构可塑性和独特生理活性,极大地启迪了人们对具有农药应用价值的喹唑啉酮类活性分子的探寻。按照生物防治对象的不同综述了近年来具有抗植物病原微生物活性的喹唑啉酮类化合物的研究进展,并对这些具有抗植物病原微生物活性的喹唑啉酮分子结构进行了归纳总结,以期能为新型绿色农药的创制有效助力。Quinazolinone,a fragment widely existing in the secondary metabolites from many microorganisms and medicinal herbs,is evaluated as a nitrogenous skeleton that has important developing values in medicinal chemistry.Quinazolinones feature good environmental compatibility,strong structural variability and unique physiological activity,which greatly stimulated the search for novel quinazolinone derivatives with pesticidal application values.In this paper,quinazolinone derivatives with antimicrobial activity against phytopathogen were reviewed according to the category of biocontrol targets,and the structural features of above-mentioned quinazolinone derivatives were also summarized for effectively promoting the creation of novel modern agrochemicals.
