摘　　要：对生态资产的价值构成进行分析和科学核算是生态资产管理和价值实现的基础。在借鉴国内外生态系统服务价值评估、生态系统生产总值核算等相关研究成果的基础上,构建了涵盖自然资源价值和生态系统服务价值的生态资产价值评估体系,并以湖北省五峰土家族自治县为例,对研究区生态资产进行全面核算。结果表明:2018年五峰县生态资产总价值为1 715.06亿元,其中自然资源价值为256.36亿元,占生态资产价值总量的14.95%,生态系统服务价值为1 458.70亿元,占生态资产价值总量的85.05%;在空间分布上呈现出中部高、东西低的特征,其中五峰镇生态资产价值最高为237.33亿元,采花乡单位面积生态资产价值最高为77.91万元/公顷。Analyzing and scientifically accounting for the ecological assets value are the basis for ecological asset management and value realization.Based on domestic and foreign research results such as ecosystem service value assessment and ecosystem gross product value assessment,this paper constructs an ecological asset value assessment system covering natural resource value and ecosystem service value.Taking Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County as an example,the ecological assets in the study area were comprehensively accounted.The results show that the total ecological assets value in Wufeng County in 2018 is 171.51 billion yuan,of which the value of ecological resources is 25.636 billion yuan,accounting for 14.95%,and the value of ecosystem services was 145.87 billion yuan,accounting for 85.05%.It shows the spatial distribution characteristics of high in the middle and low in the east and west.Among them,the ecological assets value in Wufeng Town is the highest of 23.73 billion yuan,and the ecological assets value per unit in Caihua Town is the highest of 779100 yuan/ha.
