习近平科技伦理观的生成源起、核心要义与价值意蕴

摘　　要：习近平通过吸收、继承和借鉴马克思恩格斯、中国共产党人以及中华优秀传统文化中的科技伦理思想,并在直面和应对科技迅猛发展带来的伦理挑战中形成了自己的科技伦理观。习近平科技伦理观包含坚持以人民为中心的科技价值导向、遵循科技伦理基本原则、树立爱国主义情怀、以推动绿色科技创新为抓手促进人与自然和谐共生等内容。它不仅丰富发展了马克思主义科技伦理思想,使科技伦理学成为一门显学,而且为推动新时代科技事业的持续健康发展提供了行动指南和中国方案,为科技造福中国乃至世界人民提供了正确的价值指引。By absorbing,inheriting and drawing on the scientific and technological ethics of Marx,Engels,Chinese communists and fine traditional Chinese culture in facing and responding to the ethical challenges brought about by the rapid development of science and technology,Xi Jinping has formed his own scientific and technological ethics that includes adhering to the people-centered scientific and technological value orientation,following the basic principles of technological ethics,establishing patriotism,and promoting harmonious coexistence between man and nature by promoting green technological innovation.It not only enriches and develops Marxist ethics of science and technology,making it a prominent science,but also provides action guidance and China’s plan for promoting sustainable and healthy development of science and technology in the new era,and provides the right value orientation for science and technology to benefit the people of China and the world.
