摘  要:人工智能技术赋能法学教育,可以改变其原有教育形态。构建人机协作教育形态旨在实现法学教育的智能化转型,促使智能软件参与到法学教育中来,实现人机交互的协同化,教学过程的智能化。推进“人机协作”教育形态,有利于完善智慧教育管理,促进智慧教育发展。法学教育理念的更新为“人机协作”的实现提供了保障,教师职能的转变为人机协作提供了理论支撑,人工智能辅助软件应用的深入为“人机协作”建设奠定了现实基础。人机协作教育形态的形成需要找准人机协作的结合点,提升法学教师人机协作的能力,优化人机协作保障体系,实现人机协作的有序推进。Artificial intelligence technology empowers legal education and can change the original form of education.The construction of a human-machine collaborative education form aims to achieve the intelligent transformation of legal education,promote the participation of intelligent software in legal education,achieve collaborative human-machine interaction,and intelligentize the teaching process.Promoting the form of“human-machine collaboration”education is conducive to improving the management of smart education and promoting the development of smart education.The update of legal education concepts provides a guarantee for the implementation of“human-machine cooperation”,the transformation of teacher functions provides theoretical support for human-machine cooperation,and the deepening of artificial intelligence assisted software applications lays a practical foundation for the construction of“human-machine cooperation”.The formation of human-machine cooperation in education requires identifying the integration possibilities of human-machine cooperation,enhancing the ability of law teachers to collaborate with computers,optimizing the human-machine cooperation guarantee system,and achieving the orderly promotion of humanmachine cooperation.
