摘 要:针对应急救援指挥中,网络传输性能差、数据收发困难、指挥业务响应时间久等问题,提出使用多路传输技术对数据传输过程进行优化,设计了一种业务自适应的应急网络多路传输调度机制.该机制借助多准则决策和强化学习方法,在多路调度过程中综合考虑指挥业务的传输需求和网络链路环境.经实验对比,验证了该多路传输调度机制相比于其他调度方法能够显著优化网络传输性能,提升指挥业务的保障能力,减少业务数据传输的时间开销.In emergency rescue command,such problems exist as poor network transmission performance,difficult receiving and sending data,long response time of command service,etc.It is proposed to use multipath transmission technology to optimize the process of data transmission,and a multipath transmission scheduling mechanism for service adaption in the emergency communication network is designed.With the help of multi-criteria decision-making and reinforcement learning methods,the mechanism comprehensively considers the transmission requirements of the command service and the network link environment during the multipath scheduling process.Compared with other scheduling methods,it is verified that the multipath transmission scheduling mechanism can significantly optimize network transmission performance,can improve the support capability of command service and reduce the time overhead of service data transmission.
