农业社会化服务能够缓解家庭农场“继任危机”吗?——以粮食类家庭农场为例

摘　　要：代际传承是家庭农场长期发展不可逾越的一环,继任者匮乏成为制约家庭农场发展的重要因素。基于粮食类家庭农场微观调研数据,实证分析农业社会化服务对家庭农场子女继承意愿的影响及其作用机理。研究表明,农业社会化服务对缓解家庭农场“继任危机”发挥一定积极作用,通过改变家庭农场原有的生产力与生产关系,降低子女未来接管家庭农场的要素壁垒和改变其对农业从业的传统认知,从而提高其继承农场意愿。进一步分析影响因素间的关联关系和层次结构结果显示,社会化服务处于间接因素层级,是改变子女对农场主职业认知的“催化剂”。因此,提出积极引导家庭农场与社会化服务主体合作,加强社会化服务主体培育工作,并积极探寻市场化传承路径的对策建议。Intergenerational inheritance is an insurmountable link in the long-term development of family farms,and the lack of successors has become an important factor restricting the development of family farms.Based on the micro-survey data of food family farms,the influence of agricultural socialization service on the inheritance intention of children in family farms and its mechanism were empirically analyzed.It was found that agricultural socialization service played a positive role in alleviating the"succession crisis"of family farms.By changing the original productivity and production relations of family farms,it reduced the factor barriers for children to take over the family farm in the future and changed the traditional cognition of agricultural practice,so as to improved their willingness to inherit the farm.Further analysis of the correlation and hierarchical structure of the influencing factors showed that social service was at the level of indirect factors and was the"catalyst"to change children's cognition of farmer occupation.Based on this,some suggestions were put forward to actively guide the cooperation between family farms and socialized service subjects,strengthen the cultivation of socialized service subjects,and actively explore the path of market-oriented inheritance.
