评价丁苯酞联合银杏叶胶囊治疗帕金森病伴抑郁、睡眠障碍患者的临床安全性

摘　　要：目的分析帕金森病伴抑郁、睡眠障碍患者实施丁苯酞+银杏叶胶囊治疗的安全性。方法选取2022年8月—2023年6月巨野县人民医院神经内科收治的72例帕金森病伴随抑郁、睡眠障碍的患者作为研究对象,用电脑法分为两组,即单独组、联合组,各36例。前者行丁苯酞治疗,后者在前者的基础上联合银杏叶胶囊治疗,比较两组患者转归情况、抑郁程度、睡眠指标及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组患者帕金森综合评分Ⅱ、帕金森综合评分Ⅲ、抑郁自评量表及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分分值均降低,且联合组均低于单独组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率为8.33%,与单独组的2.78%对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.059,P>0.05)。结论丁苯酞+银杏叶胶囊安全性高,可快速改善帕金森相关症状,降低抑郁程度,提升睡眠质量,建议帕金森病伴抑郁、睡眠障碍患者选择。Objective To analyze the safety of butylphthalide+ginkgo biloba capsule treatment in patients with Parkinson's disease with depression and sleep disorders.Methods A total of 72 patients with Parkinson's disease accompanied by depression and sleep disorders in the Department of Neurology of Juye County People's Hospital from August 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were grouped by computerized method with 36 cases in the individual group and 36 cases in the combined group.The former was treated with butylphthalide and the latter with combined ginkgo biloba capsules.The regression of disease,the degree of depression,the sleep indicators and the rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the scores of Unified Parkinsons Disease Rating ScaleⅡ,Unified Parkinsons Disease Rating ScaleⅢ,Self-rating Depression Scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were reduced in two groups,and the scores in the combined group were lower than those in the individual group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions was 8.33%in the combined group and 2.78%in the individual group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.059,P>0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide+ginkgo biloba capsule is safe,can rapidly improve Parkinson's-related symptoms,reduce the degree of depression,improve sleep quality,and is recommended for patients with Parkinson's disease with depression and sleep disorders.
