教育“内卷化”现象的破解路径

摘  要:“内卷”的生成机制是事物发展到一定阶段时,向内部越来越精细化、复杂化的发展,出现的边际报酬递减现象,具有量与质两个层面的判断标准,表现为在有限空间内对物质资源的激烈零和竞争。破解内卷的路径是消解对物质资源的过度追求,改变竞争方式。当前教育活动被量化为“分数或成绩”“金钱”“优秀”等与教育本质相偏离的“物”,造成了教育领域的零和竞争。破解教育“内卷化”需要纠正竞争观念,重构教育评价方式、落实科学的学生生涯规划和倡导合理的赏识教育来逐渐消解教育“内卷化”的现象。The generation mechanism of"involution"is a phenomenon of diminishing marginal returns that occurs when things develop to a certain stage and become more and more refined and complex internally,with both quantitative and qualitative levels of judgment,manifesting itself as an intense zero-sum competition for material resources in a limited space.The path to break the involution is to dissolve the excessive pursuit of material resources and change the way of competition.Currently,educational activities are quantified as"scores or grades,""money,""excellence,"and other"things"that deviate from the essence of education."This has resulted in zero-sum competition in the field of education.To break the"internalization"of education,it is necessary to correct the concept of competition and gradually eliminate the phenomenon of"internalization"of education by restructuring the way in which education is evaluated,implementing scientific career planning for students and advocating reasonable appreciation education.
