摘　　要：中华书局2003年版《陈宝箴集》第三册收录有陈宝箴《南学会开讲第七期讲义》一文。文中关于天津教案始末的论述,存在时间记述上的讹误。商务印书馆2019年版《陈宝箴年谱简编》正是以此文为据,得出陈宝箴于同治八年正月因天津教案在保定面谒曾国藩的结论。通过细梳天津教案发生的时间及陈宝箴、曾国藩、方宗诚三人从同治七年至同治九年的行程与交集,可以得出结论,即陈宝箴从方宗诚处得知天津教案内幕的时间是在同治九年九月二十五日方宗诚抵京后,闰十月离京赴天津前,并非陈宝箴“北行入都”之时。The third volume of Chen Baozhen Collection published by Zhonghua Book Company in 2003 contains Chen Baozhen's article“Seventh-session Lecture Notes of Nan Society”,in which there exists the error of the time record about the discussion of the beginning and end of Tianjin Religious Case.Abridged Edition of Chen Baozhen's Chronicle published by Commercial Press in 2019 is based on this article to conclude that Chen Baozhen met Zeng Guofan in Baoding in the first month of the eighth year of Tongzhi because of Tianjin Religious Case.By carefully combing through the time of Tianjin Religious Case,and the travel and contact of Chen Baozhen,Zeng Guofan and Fang Zongcheng from the seventh year of Tongzhi to the ninth year of Tongzhi,it can be concluded that the time when Chen Baozhen learned the inside story of Tianjin Religious Case from Fang Zongcheng was after Fang Zongcheng arrived in Beijing on September 25,the ninth year of Tongzhi,and before he left Beijing for Tianjin in intercalary October,so the time was not when Chen Baozhen“traveled north to enter the capital”.
