摘　　要：目的探寻乳腺癌中PCDHA1基因的表达情况及探究PCDHA1与临床指标的相关性。方法从TCGA数据库中下载乳腺癌患者PCDHA1基因的表达数据及临床数据,分析PCDHA1在癌旁组织与癌组织中的表达差异,结合临床数据分析PCDHA1表达与预后的关系及与临床指标的相关性。结果PCDHA1在乳腺癌组织中高表达,生存分析显示PCDHA1高表达与预后不良相关,在不同淋巴结状态中PCDHA1存在差异表达,单因素及多因素分析显示PCDHA1可作为乳腺癌独立预后因素之一。结论PCDHA1可作为乳腺癌预后评估标志物之一。Objective To investigate the expression of PCDHA1 gene in breast cancer(BC)and the correlation between PCDHA1 and clinical indicators.Methods The expression data and clinical data of PCDHA1 gene in breast cancer patients were downloaded from the TCGA database to analyze the difference of PCDHA1 expression in paracancer tissues and cancer tissues,and the correlation between PCDHA1 expression and prognosis and clinical indicators were analyzed combined with clinical data.Results PCDHA1 was highly expressed in breast cancer tissues,and survival analysis showed that high expression of PCDHA1 was associated with poor prognosis.PCDHA1 was differentially expressed in different lymph node status.Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that PCDHA1 could be an independent prognostic factor for breast cancer.Conclusions PCDHA1 can be used as a prognostic marker for breast cancer.
