摘　　要：目的 在接受mFOLFOX6方案进行结直肠癌化疗的过程中分别使用PEG-rhG-CSF与rhG-CSF,对比两者预防效果及安全性。方法 对本院收治的113例接受mFOLFOX6方案化疗的结直肠癌患者进行两个周期的化疗。2组患者化疗结束后分别给予PEG-rhG-CSF 100μg/kg和rhG-CSF 5μg/kg对比研究。化疗后定期检测患者的血常规,记录中性粒细胞绝对计数明显降低的发生率及药物不良反应等数据。结果 在各个化疗周期和总化疗过程中,2组患者中性粒细胞降低的发生率及其持续时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.75,P=0.269);中性粒细胞最低值均出现时间差异无统计学意义(t=2.36,P=0.113)。结论 预防性用药时,PEG-rhG-CSF每化疗周期给药一次与rhG-CSF连续给药相比,治疗效果、药物不良反应类似,但其半衰期更长,血药浓度更稳定。Objective To compare the preventive efficacy and safety of repectively using PEG-rhG-CSF and rhG-CSF in colorectal cancer chemotherapy with mFOLFOX6 regimen.Methods Two cycles of chemotherapy were administered to 113 patients with colorectal cancers who received mFOLFOX6 regimen.Both groups were repectively given PEG-rhG-CSF 100μg/kg and PEG-rhG-CSF 5μg/kg after completion of chemotherapy.After chemotherapy,the blood routine of patients was regularly tested,and the incidence of absolute neutrophil count and adverse drug reactions were recorded.Results During both chemotherapy cycles and total chemotherapy,the difference in incidence and duration of neutrophile granulocyte was not significant(P>0.05),and no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions(2=1.75,P=0.269);There was no significant difference in the occurrence time of the lowest neutrophils(t=2.36,P=0.113).Conclusions When given prophylactical medication,PEG-rhG-CSF administered once per chemotherapy cycle was similar of to continuous administration of rhG-CSF in therapeutic effect and adverse drug reactions,but with longer half-life and more stable plasma concentration.
