摘　　要：在教育数字化转型的新时代浪潮下,社会对高素质应用型、复合型人才需求不断增大。在多元化的人才培养体系中,坚持OBE工程教育理念,针对计算机科学与技术“专升本”专业的人才培养模式改革进行研究与探索。提出重新制定更符合专升本特点的人才培养方案,重构课程体系,优化课程考核评价体系,加强研究,探索更高效的课堂教学方法,从而促进专升本人才培养的高质量发展。In the new era of digital education transformation,the demand for high-quality applied and composite talents in society is constantly increasing.In a diversified talent cultivation system,we adhere to the OBE engineering education concept,research and explore on the reform of talent cultivation mode for computer science and technology majors from vocational to undergraduate level.We propose to develop a new talent cultivation plan that is more in line with the characteristics of adult higher education,restructure the curriculum system,optimize the curriculum assessment and evaluation system,strengthen research,and explore more efficient classroom teaching methods,in order to improve the high-quality development of talent cultivation for adult higher education.
