摘　　要：为了解广西食用花卉资源现状及其利用情况,采用查阅文献资料、实地走访等方法对广西食用花卉的种类、分布和食用方法等进行调查。结果表明,广西食用花卉资源共有136种,隶属于53科110属。常见的食用部位包括全花、花序、花蕾、花瓣和嫩茎叶等,常见的食用方式包括炒食、煮食、蒸食和泡水饮等。广西食用花卉资源较丰富,但存在资源挖掘整合力度不足、缺乏食用安全性评价、认知不足等问题。针对这些问题,提出加强食用花卉资源的挖掘和利用、科学规范利用食用花卉资源、加大食用花卉宣传力度等建议。In order to understand current situation and utilization of edible flower resources in Guangxi,spe-cies,distributions and edible methods of edible flowers in Guangxi were investigated through literature review and field investigation.Results showed that there was a total of 136 edible flower resources in Guangxi,belong-ing to 53 families and 110 genera.Common edible parts were whole flowers,inflorescences,buds,petals and tender stems and leaves,etc.Common edible methods were stir-frying,boiling,steaming and drinking in water,etc.There were rich edible flower resources in Guangxi.There were some problems,such as insufficient mining and integration of resources,lacking of edible safety evaluation,and insufficient cognition.In view of these problems,suggestions were put forward,including strengthening mining and utilization of edible flower resourc-es,scientific and standardized utilization of edible flower resources,and strengthening publicity of edible flowers.
