摘  要:高速公路沥青路面在气温及荷载等作用下,早期易出现车辙病害形式,影响行车安全。对某高速公路沥青路面进行现场调研,通过检测车辙深度、调查轴载、钻芯取样分析路面各结构层厚度、沥青及集料级配等,对车辙病害的原因进行详细的分析。结果表明,在重载作用下沥青路面上面层、中面层厚度变化较大,轮迹带部分粗集料被碾压破碎,导致集料细化。为减少车辙的产生,从管控超载、选用改性沥青及采用合理集料级配等方面提出建议。In the influence of temperature and load,asphalt pavement on highways is prone to early rutting diseases,which affects driving safety.The project conducted on-site research on the asphalt pavement of a certain expressway,detecting the depth of ruts,analyzing axle load,drilling core sampling to analyze the thickness of each structural layer of the pavement,asphalt and aggregate grading,and conducting a detailed analysis of the causes of rut diseases.The results indicate that in heavy load,the thickness of the upper and middle layers of the asphalt pavement varies greatly,and some coarse aggregates in the wheel track are crushed by rolling,resulting in the refinement of the aggregates.To reduce the occurrence of ruts,suggestions are proposed from the aspects of overload control,selection of modified asphalt,and reasonable aggregate grading.
