摘 要:高校翻译教师的资质对翻译教学质量具有直接影响,进而会影响到翻译人才培养目标的实现。正确的角色认知则有助于反思和促进教师发展及教师教育。翻译教师资质受专业、知识背景、实践环境影响较大,师资现状情况不容乐观。翻译教师自身的角色认知决定了其教学水平的提高,与其他语言专业教师角色差异较大,应为翻译教师的专业发展构建有效的环境和原则。The qualifi cation of college translation teachers has a direct impact on the quality of translation teaching,which in turn aff ects the realization of the goal of training translation talents.The correct role cognition is helpful to refl ect and promote teacher development and teacher education.Currently,the situation is not optimistic for translation teachers,whose qualifi cation is greatly aff ected by their profession,knowledge background and practice environment,etc.The role cognition of translation teachers determines the improvement of their teaching level,and their roles are quite diff erent from those of other language teachers.Therefore,the eff ective environment and principles should be built for improving translation teachers’professional development.
