摘  要:扩频调制技术是抑制电磁干扰(electromagnetic interference,EMI)的重要解决方法,而扩频的方式方法有所不同。以Buck电路为例,首先,设计了双闭环控制的Buck电路,分析并优化了环路稳定性。接着,在MATLAB中设计了分数阶Chen混沌系统,该混沌系统的Lyapunov指数最大,混沌运动最剧烈;同时,其频谱分布最均匀,方差最小,能实现最佳的扩频效果。然后,在PSIM软件中搭建Buck电路并进行混沌扩频模数的混合仿真。最后,使用PSIM的一键生成代码功能,将生成的代码烧录进DSP(digital signal process)芯片控制的Buck硬件模块,实现分数阶混沌扩频以抑制EMI。实验结果显示:该方案能实现较好的扩频效果,易于在电路中实现,并且也适用于其他扩频方式。该科研成果已成功应用在“电力电子技术”实验中。Spread spectrum modulation technology is an important solution to suppress electromagnetic interference(EMI),and the methods of spread spectrum are also different.Taking the Buck circuit as an example,a double closed-loop control Buck circuit is first designed,and the loop stability is analyzed and optimized.Then,a fractional order Chen chaotic system is designed in MATLAB,which has the highest Lyapunov exponent and the most intense chaotic motion;at the same time,its spectrum distribution is the most uniform and the variance is the smallest,which can achieve the best spread spectrum effect.Then,the designed Buck circuit and chaotic spread spectrum analog-to-digital hybrid simulation are built in PSIM software,and the one-click code generation function of PSIM is applied.The generated code is burned into the Buck hardware module controlled by a digital signal process(DSP)chip to achieve fractional order chaotic spread spectrum to suppress EMI.The experimental results show that this scheme can achieve the good spreading effect,is easy to implement in the circuit,and can also be applied to other spreading methods.The scientific research achievements have been successfully applied in the experiment of“Power electronics technology”.
