摘　　要：硒是人体必需的营养元素,目前因硒元素缺乏导致的人体疾病是一个世界性的营养问题,通过作物营养强化来提高现有农作物中硒元素的含量,是缓解人体硒元素缺乏的一种有效战略手段。随着富硒产业的发展,富硒水果也越来越受青睐;富硒脐橙是一种大众化的消费水果,提高脐橙中的硒含量和果实品质对改善人体健康尤为重要。综述了影响脐橙硒含量的因素及我国富硒脐橙的研究现状,并对今后富硒脐橙的生产提出了展望。Selenium is an essential nutrient element for the human body.At present,human diseases caused by selenium deficiency are a worldwide nutritional problem.Increasing the content of selenium in existing crops through crop nutrition fortification is an effective strategic method to alleviate the deficiency of selenium in human body.With the development of selenium-enriched industry,selenium-enriched fruits are becoming more and more popular.Selenium-enriched navel orange is a fruit for mass consumption.It is very important to improve the selenium content and fruit quality of navel orange for improvement of human health.The factors affecting the selenium content of navel orange and the research status of selenium-enriched navel orange in China are reviewed,and the future production of selenium-enriched navel orange is prospected.
