摘　　要：为提高生活垃圾焚烧发电厂集约化检修管理能级,实现工厂计划性检修的数字化管理,上海环境集团采用IBM公司的MAXIMO软件开发了集约化计划性检修管理(IPM)系统。该系统以4个检修阶段及7项检修管理流程为基础架构,运用大数据、人工智能等先进的信息化技术,在标准化体系建设的基础上实现了一体化远程集中管控、高效协同、人资集约,其具有标准化、集成化、数智化、可视化、共享化等五大优势。该系统推广后,上海环境集团生活垃圾焚烧厂计划性检修频次由原来“一年两修”减少为“两年三修”,每年节约检修人工成本近1/3。IPM系统的开发和应用可助力生活垃圾焚烧厂“高质、高效、降本”检修目标的实现,对于焚烧厂检修管理和决策水平的提升起到显著作用,具有很好的行业推广价值。In order to enhance the efficiency of intensive planned maintenance management and achieve digital management of planned maintenance for the waste to energy plants,the intensive planned maintenance management(IPM)system has been developed using IBM's MAXIMO software by Shanghai Environmental Group.Based on four maintenance stages and seven maintenance management processes,some advanced information technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence have been utilized for the system.On the basis of standardized system construction,it achieves intensive remote centralized control,efficient collaboration,and intensive human resources.Furthermore,it offers five major advantages:standardization,integration,digitization,visualization,and data sharing.After the promotion of this system,the planned maintenance frequency of Shanghai Environmental Group's waste to energy plants has been reduced from"two repairs per year"to"three repairs in two years",saving nearly one-third of the maintenance labor cost each year.The development and application of IPM system can assist in achieving the maintenance goals of‘high quality,high efficiency,and cost reduction',thereby it plays a significant role in improving the maintenance management and decision-making level of the waste to energy plants,and has good industry promotion value.
