摘 要:在电解铝生产过程中,由于高温多粉尘的特殊工作环境,铝电解槽短路口绝缘逐渐劣化,在阳极效应作用下容易引发短路口放炮故障,严重影响企业安全生产,且目前尚无有效的故障预警方法。为此,在短路口放炮故障机理的研究基础上,提出一种基于局放脉冲检测的铝电解槽短路口绝缘状态监测方法。该方法采集电解槽发生阳极效应时的短路口电压信号,通过计算标准差得到短路口发生局部放电的时刻,并对信号小波阈值去噪后提取放电脉冲,提出相应判据评估短路口的绝缘状态。实验表明该方法可有效诊断铝电解槽短路口的绝缘状态。In the aluminum production process,due to the special working environment of high temperature and dust,the insulation at the short junction of aluminum reduction pots gradually deteriorates.Under the action of the anode effect,it is easy to cause short junction firing faults,thus seriously affecting the production safety of enterprises.There is currently no effective fault warning method.Therefore,based on the study of the firing fault mechanism of short junction,a method is proposed for monitoring the insulation status of aluminum reduction pots at short junctions based on partial discharge pulse detection.This method collects the short junction voltage signal when the anode effect occurs in the aluminum reduction pot,calculates the standard deviation to obtain the time of partial discharge at the short junction,and extracts the discharge pulse after denoising the signal wavelet threshold.Corresponding criteria are proposed to evaluate the insulation status of the short junction.The experiment shows that this method can effectively diagnose the insulation status of short junctions in aluminum reduction pots.
