基于FOCUS-PDCA持续质量改进模式在低年资护士不良事件管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨FOCUS-PDCA持续质量改进模式在低年资护士不良事件管理中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1—12月枣庄市妇幼保健院的临床低年资护士120名为研究对象。将2021年1—6月持续质量改进模式管理前的60名设为对照组,将2021年7—12月持续质量改进模式后的60名作为观察组,比较两组护士的临床护理质量、不良事件发生率、护士对管理的满意度和医师对护士的满意度。结果观察组基础知识、技能操作、文书书写、分级护理、服务态度及规范服务的护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总不良事件发生率为28.33%,低于对照组的38.33%%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.086,P=0.001)。观察组护士对护理管理5个维度的满意度评分均高于对照组,临床医师对护士工作满意度的5个维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FOCUS-PDCA持续质量改进模式可显著提高低年资护士的护理质量和控制不良事件发生,此管理方式得到护士的认可,同时也提高医师对护士的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of FOCUS-PDCA continuous quality improvement model in the management of adverse events among junior nurses.Methods 120 nurses with low clinical seniority in Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.The 60 nurses before continuous quality improvement mode management from January to June 2021 were set as the control group,and the 60 nurses after continuous quality improvement mode from July to December 2021 were selected as the obser⁃vation group.The clinical nursing quality,incidence of adverse events,nurses'satisfaction with management and phy⁃sicians'satisfaction with nurses were compared between the two groups.Results Nursing quality scores of basic knowledge,skill operation,document writing,graded nursing,service attitude and standard service in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inci⁃dence of adverse events in the observation group was 28.33%,lower than that in the control group(38.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.086,P=0.001).The satisfaction scores of nurses in 5 dimensions of nurs⁃ing management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of clinicians in 5 dimensions of nurses'job satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The FOCUS PDCA continuous quality improvement model can significantly improve the nursing quality of nurses with low seniority and control the occurrence of adverse events.This management mode is recognized by nurses and also improves the satisfaction of doctors to nurses.
