摘　　要：目的探析消毒供应室护士手卫生管理中运用PDCA循环理念的效果。方法选取在湖南省第二人民医院消毒供应室内工作的护士21名作为研究对象,于2022年1—6月期间实施常规手卫生管理,将相关数据归入常规组。于2022年7—12月期间实施PDCA循环理念的手卫生管理,将相关数据归入PDCA组。比较两组护士的综合素质、手卫生认知水平、手卫生工作完成率以及医疗器械的清洗消毒合格率。结果PDCA组护士的综合素养高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PDCA组的手卫生认知水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PDCA组的手卫生工作完成率略高于常规组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PDCA组的医疗器械清洗消毒合格率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PDCA循环理念的手卫生管理运用到消毒供应室护士中,可增强护士综合素质,拓展手卫生认知,更好地执行器械清洗消毒工作。Objective To explore the effect of applying the PDCA cycle concept in the hand hygiene management of nurses in the disinfection supply room.Methods A total of 21 nurses working in the disinfection supply room of the Second People's Hospital of Hunan Province were selected as the study subjects to carry out routine hand hygiene management from January to June 2022,and relevant data were classified into the routine group.The hand hygiene management of PDCA cycle concept was implemented from July to December 2022,and relevant data was classified into the PDCA group.The comprehensive quality,cognitive level of hand hygiene,completion rate of hand hygiene and qualified rate of medical equipment cleaning and disinfection were compared between the two groups of nurses.Results The comprehensive literacy of nurses in PDCA group was higher than that in conventional group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognitive level of hand hygiene in PDCA group was higher than that in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The completion rate of hand hygiene in PDCA group was slightly higher than that in conventional group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The qualified rate of medical device cleaning and disinfection in PDCA group was higher than that in con⁃ventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hand hygiene management of PDCA cycle concept to nurses in disinfection supply room can enhance nurses'comprehensive quality,expand their knowledge of hand hygiene,and better perform instrument cleaning and disinfection.
