摘 要:【目的】了解14-3-3蛋白在寄生虫生长发育和调控宿主功能等方面的研究进展,以期为寄生虫病的诊断和防控提供参考。【方法】通过查阅近年国内外有关寄生虫14-3-3蛋白相关文献研究,对寄生虫14-3-3蛋白的结构、定位以及生物学功能方面的最新研究进展进行概述。【结果】寄生虫14-3-3蛋白参与调控寄生虫的生长发育和入侵宿主过程,同时寄生虫14-3-3蛋白还可调控宿主细胞迁移、细胞凋亡、信号转导以及免疫防御等多个生理过程。【结论】寄生虫14-3-3蛋白可通过多种途径影响自身发育及调控宿主功能。【Objective】The current study aims to review the new progress of 14-3-3 proteins in parasite growth and development and regulation of host function so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and prevention and control of parasitic diseases.【Method】In this review,the latest research progress on the structure,localization and biological functions of parasitic 14-3-3 proteins was overviewed by collecting and reviewing the relevant literatures on parasite 14-3-3 protein in recent years.【Result】Parasitic 14-3-3 proteins were involved in regulating the growth and development of parasites and invasion of host,as well as regulating host cell migration,apoptosis,signal transduction,immune defense,among other physiological processes.【Conclusion】Parasite 14-3-3 proteins can affect their own development and regulate host functions in various ways.
