摘  要:文中结合最新理论研究,分析了道岔融雪装置和制动能量利用现状,创新地提出了一种基于回收列车再生制动能量作为供给的融雪系统设计思路。该系统能智能判断岔道环境并自主实施融雪。文中计算了安装此系统后不同类型道岔所回收的制动能量,并对比分析了不同融雪方式的能耗,结果体现了本系统的节能高效,为解决铁路道岔融雪设备能耗大、成本高等痛点问题提供了可靠的解决方案。This paper combines the latest theoretical research,analyzes the status of turnout snow melting device and braking energy utilization,and then innovatively proposes a snow melting system design idea based on the recovery of regenerative braking energy of trains as supply.The system can intelligently judge the turnout environment and implement snow melting independently.This paper calculates the braking energy recovered by different types of turnouts after installing this system,and compares and analyzes the energy consumption of different snow melting methods.The results reflect the energy saving and high efficiency of this system,which provides a reliable solution to the painful problem of high energy consumption and high cost of railroad turnout snow melting equipment.
