摘　　要：科教融合是高校教育改革核心指导理念和发展必然趋势。为解决电子商务专业人才供给与行业需求不匹配现状和培养高素质创新管理人才,西安科技大学电子商务专业面向新时代行业人才需求,立足科教融合理念,结合学校定位与国家一流专业建设要求,以培养情感价值观、理论知识、专业能力及学术素养为主线,构建了“1122”电子商务专业学术型高素质管理人才培养模式,并取得了较好的成效。The integration of science and education is the core guiding idea and trend of the reform of higher education.In order to solve the current situation of the mismatch between the supply of e-commerce talents and the demand of the industry and cultivate high-quality innovative management talents,the e-commerce majors of Xi an University of Science and Technology has constructed the type of“1122”talents training mode orienting to the demand of industry talents in the new era,based on the concept of integration of science and education,combing with the school orientation and the requirements of national first-class majors construction,taking the cultivation of emotional values,theoretical knowledge,professional ability and academic literacy as the main line.The academic high-quality management talents training mode has been achieved good results.
