摘 要:随着中国社会“老龄化”程度进一步加深,中老年消费市场的潜力被逐步发掘,未来中老年服装行业规模将达到千亿级别。通过问卷调查及实地走访的方式发现中老年服装行业供应链末端存在供需失衡、生产端产能过剩和销售渠道不畅等问题,提出基于龙头企业的供应链整合、服装生产“模块化”和拼接设计,提供给终端消费者更多样的服装样式,并提出服装品牌的多元化营销途径和线上电商平台的“适老化”改进方案,为提高中老年服装行业的整体竞争力提供可行的创新路径,服务未来中老年人群体的服装消费。With the further deepening of the"aging"degree of Chinese society,the potential of the middle-aged and elderly consumer market has been gradually explored,and the scale of the middle-aged and elderly clothing industry will reach 100 billion level in the future.Through questionnaires and field visits,it is found that there are problems such as supply and demand imbalance,excess production capacity and poor sales channels at the end of the supply chain of the middle-aged and elderly garment industry.It proposes supply chain integration based on leading enterprises,"modularization"and splicing design of garment production,to provide more diverse clothing styles to end consumers.It also proposes diversified marketing approaches of clothing brands and"aging appropriate"improvement schemes of online e-commerce platforms,to provide feasible innovation paths for improving the overall competitiveness of the middle-aged and elderly clothing industry and serving the clothing consumption of the middle-aged and elderly groups in the future.
