摘 要:采用磁性固定酶技术从粗茶皂素中靶向分离出了乙醇脱氢酶的相关活性组分(ADH-related active ingredients,AAI)。为了揭示AAI的表面活性,通过表面张力法测定其临界胶束浓度;使用量角法测量其接触角;采用单因素实验探究浓度、水质硬度、pH等因素对泡沫性能的影响;同时采用分光光度法研究AAI的增溶能力,并与不同表面活性剂比较乳化和去污能力。结果表明:AAI具有降低液体的表面张力的作用,且该作用随AAI浓度增加而增强,AAI的临界胶束浓度在0.3%左右。AAI的润湿性能良好,在浓度0.1%~1.0%的范围内,接触角始终小于90°,且随浓度增加而减小。AAI的浓度越高,其起泡性越强,同时泡沫稳定性较好,具有抵抗硬水和酸碱的能力,在50℃时AAI的起泡性能最好。AAI有一定的增溶能力,对典型难溶有机物苯的增溶能力为7 mL·g^(-1)。AAI的乳化能力良好,单独使用时去污能力不强,与十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)组合使用效果可明显提升。Alcohol dehydrogenase related active ingredients(AAI)was obtained from crude tea saponins by magnetic immobilized enzyme technology.In order to reveal the surface activity of AAI,the critical micelle concentration determined by surface tension method,the contact angle probed with the sessile drop method,and the effects of mass concentration,water hardness and pH on foam properties,were investigated by single-factor experiment.At the same time,the solubilization ability of AAI was studied by spectrophotometry,and its emulsification and decontamination ability were compared with different surfactants.The results show that AAI has the effect of reducing the surface tension of liquid,and the effect increases with the increase of AAI concentration,and the critical micelle concentration of AAI is about 0.3%.In the range of 0.1%~1.0%,the contact angle is always less than 90°and decreases with the increase of the concentration of AAI,indicating that the wettability of AAI is good.The foaming capacity is enhanced with increase of AAI concentration and the best temperature is 50℃.In addition,the foam stability of AAI is relatively good and it also has good resistance to hard water,acid or alkali during foaming.AAI has certain solubilization ability and its solubilization for typical insoluble organic benzene is 7 mL·g-1.The emulsification ability of AAI is good,but the decontamination ability is not strong when AAI is used alone,and the combination of AAI and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)can significantly improve the effect.
