摘  要:蛹虫草是一种著名的药用和食用真菌,研究者们常在培养基中添加亚硒酸钠、Fe SO_(4)等无机物来提高蛹虫草活性物质的含量。本文采用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法测定了La(NO_(3))_(3)处理后蛹虫草活性物质的含量,探究La(NO_(3))_(3)对蛹虫草活性物质含量的影响。结果表明,在实验浓度范围内,10,50和200 mg·L^(-1)这3个浓度对蛹虫草的活性物质含量影响较大。La(NO_(3))_(3)浓度为10 mg·L^(-1)时,对喷司他丁、虫草酸和多糖合成具有促进作用,其含量分别为空白组的6.2倍、2.4倍和1.3倍,La(NO_(3))_(3)对蛹虫草的腺苷和N6-2-羟乙基腺苷合成具有抑制作用,其含量仅为空白组的24.29%和16.87%。La(NO_(3))_(3)浓度为50 mg·L^(-1)时,对虫草素合成具有显著促进作用,其含量为空白组的8.2倍,La(NO_(3))_3对多糖合成具有抑制作用,其含量仅为空白组的73.14%。La(NO_(3))_(3)浓度为200 mg·L^(-1)时,对腺苷和N6-2-羟乙基腺苷合成具有促进作用,其含量分别为空白组的1.5倍和2.6倍。La(NO_(3))_(3)对麦角甾醇和蛋白质的含量未产生显著影响(P>0.05)。Cordyceps militaris is a well-known medicinal and edible fungus. Researchers often add inorganic substances such as sodium selenite and ferrous sulfate to the culture medium to increase the content of active substances in Cordyceps militaris. However, the effect of La(NO_(3))_(3) on the content of active substances of Cordyceps militaris is unclear. In this paper, the content of active substances in Cordyceps militaris treated with different concentrations of La(NO_(3))_(3) was determined by high performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and the effect mechanism of La(NO_(3))_(3) on the active substances in Cordyceps militaris was explored.The results show that the three concentrations of 10, 50 and 200 mg·L^(-1) have greater effects on the synthesis of active substances in Cordyceps militaris in the experimental concentration range. When the concentration of La(NO_(3))_(3) is 10 mg·L^(-1), it has a promotion effect on pentostatin, cordycepic acid and polysaccharide, which were 6.2, 2.4, and 1.3 times that of the blank group, respectively. La(NO_(3))_(3) has an inhibition effect on N6-2-hydroxyethyladenosine, which are only 24.29% and 16.87% of the blank group. When the concentration of La(NO_(3))_(3) is 50 mg·L^(-1), it has a promotion effect on cordycepin, which is 8.2 times that of the blank group, and has an inhibition effect on polysaccharides, which is only 73.14% of the blank group. When the concentration of La(NO_(3))_(3) is 200 mg·L^(-1), Cordyceps militaris has a promotion effect on adenosine and N6-2-hydroxyethyladenosine, which are 1.47 and 2.64 times that of the blank group, respectively. La(NO_(3))_(3) has no significant effect on ergosterol and protein synthesis(P>0.05).
