摘　　要：文章针对成都信息工程大学外国语学院翻译专业学生的现状进行了分析。研究发现,翻译专业学生存在学习目的不明确、实践能力薄弱和创新创业意识不强等问题。针对这些问题,文章提出了一系列基于OBE(Outcome-based Education)理念的培养策略,包括转变教学观念、重视教学环节、加强实践教学和创新创业培养以及引进复合型人才和加强师资队伍建设。通过这些策略的运用,可以有效地提高翻译专业学生的创新创业能力和职业素养,满足社会对高素质人才的需求。This paper conducts an analysis of the curent situation of translation major students at the School of Foreign Languages,Chengdu University of Information Technology.The study identifies issues such as unclear learning objectives,weak practical skills,and a lack of entrepreneurial awareness among translation major students.To address these problems,this paper proposes a series of training strategies based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept.These strategies include shifting teaching paradigms,emphasizing teaching components,strengthening practical education and entrepreneurship training,as well as introducing multi-disciplinary talents and enhancing faculty development.Through the application of these strategies,translation major students'entrepreneurial and professional competencies can be effectively improved,meeting the demands of society for high-quality talent.
