摘 要:目的:旨在优化肿瘤放射治疗的临床效果,通过利用ArcCHECK半导体探测器评估医用加速器中的VMAT技术质量控制。方法:使用ArcCHECK圆柱形半导体辐射探测器三维阵列,使用特定剂量照射方式,根据测量结果计算加速器运行中机架等中心偏差、MLC到位偏差、光束平坦度对称性,将剂量偏差与机械性能实现强关联,将实验结果与常规日检及月检结果进行12个月长期监测与比对,并且测试其对辐射光束的敏感性,提高加速器辐射监测效率与准确性。结果:机架等中心偏差为0.292 mm±0.016 mm,机架平均速度为3度/秒,平均最大速度偏差约为0.1度/秒;MLC平均最大偏差为0.392 mm±0.049 mm;射束旋转平坦度平均为105.55%±0.13%,X轴对称性与Y轴对称性分别为101.02%±0.21%和101.11%±0.21%;12个月持续测量结果与独立核验结果趋势相一致。结论:ArcCHECK利用弧形半导体探测器阵列的优势,为VMAT质量控制提供整体测量方法,可作为医用加速器辐射检测与质量控制的手段。Objective:To optimize the clinical outcomes of tumor radiotherapy by utilizing the ArcCHECK semiconductor detector to assess the quality control of VMAT technology in medical accelerators.Methods:The ArcCHECK cylindrical semiconductor radiation detector's three-dimensional array was employed with specific dose irradiation techniques.The measured results were used to calculate deviations in gantry isocenter,MLC positioning,and beam flatness symmetry.Dose deviations were correlated with mechanical performance.The experimental results were compared and monitored against routine daily and monthly tests for 12 months.The sensitivity to radiation beam was also evaluated to enhance accelerator radiation monitoring efficiency and accuracy.Results:The gantry isocenter deviation was 0.292 mm±0.016 mm,with an average gantry speed of 3 degrees/second and an average maximum speed deviation of approximately 0.1 degrees/second.The average maximum MLC deviation was 0.392 mm±0.049 mm.The average beam flatness symmetry was 105.55%±0.13%,and the X and Y-axis symmetries were 101.02%±0.21%and 101.11%±0.21%,respectively.The 12-month continuous measurements showed consistent trends with independently verified results.Conclusion:Leveraging the advantages of the ArcCHECK cylindrical semiconductor detector array,it provides a comprehensive measurement approach for VMAT quality control,serving as a means for medical accelerator radiation detection and quality assurance.
