摘　　要：脑胶质瘤经规范的手术及放化疗后预后仍然较差,胶质母细胞瘤患者5年总体生存率不到10%,迫切需要寻找新的治疗方法改善预后。近年来,人们对环状RNA(circRNAs)的研究发现circRNAs在胶质瘤中差异表达,调节胶质瘤的发生、增殖和侵袭,可能成为胶质瘤诊断的潜在标志物。此外,一些circRNAs与胶质瘤分期有关,可能有助于判断预后。基于circRNAs的稳定性和高度保守性,我们认为circRNAs可能具有治疗胶质瘤的分子靶点。本文综述了近年来关于circRNAs在胶质瘤中作用的研究进展,探讨了circRNAs在胶质瘤中的潜在价值和作用,为今后的治疗提供潜在的治疗方向。The prognosis of glioma is still poor after standard surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the 5-year overall survival rate of glioblastoma is less than 10%.There is an urgent need to find new treatments to improve the prognosis.In recent years,studies on circRNA have found that circRNAs are differentially expressed in gliomas,which regulate the occurrence,proliferation and invasion of gliomas and may become a potential marker for the diagnosis of gliomas.In addition,some circRNAs are related to the stage of glioma,which may be helpful to judge the prognosis.Based on the stability and high conservation of circRNAs,we believe that circRNAs may have a molecular target for the treatment of gliomas.This article reviews the research progress on the role of circRNAs in glioma in recent years,discusses the potential value and role of circRNAs in glioma,and provides a potential treatment direction for future treatment.
