摘 要:柴油机的曲柄连杆机构和配气机构按照一定的节奏规律运转可以使柴油机连续、稳定的完成四个冲程的工作。本文以一款新研制的高速四冲程V型八缸柴油机为例,运用Creo和Adams软件对柴油机的活塞与气门的运动间隙进行仿真分析,绘制活塞行程曲线和气门升程曲线,获得活塞与气门最小轴向间隙。在实物样机组装过程中,使用配气相位检测系统对实物样机的活塞行程和气门升程进行检测,获得实物样机的活塞与气门最小轴向间隙。通过数据对比,模型仿真计算结果与实物样机检测结果基本一致,该结果满足柴油机基本运行要求。经过台架试验初步验证,样机运转平稳,整机性能达到预期设计要求。The crank connecting rod mechanism and valve distribution mechanism of a diesel engine operate according to a certain rhythm,which can enable the diesel engine to continuously and stably complete four strokes of work.The article takes a newly developed high-speed four stroke V-type eight cylinder diesel engine as an example,and uses Creo and Adams software to simulate and analyze the motion clearance between the piston and valve of the diesel engine,draws the piston stroke curve and valve lift curve,and obtains the minimum axial clearance between the piston and valve.During the assembly process of the physical prototype,a valve timing detection system is used to detect the piston stroke and valve lift of the physical prototype,and obtain the minimum axial clearance between the piston and valve of the physical prototype.Through data comparison,the simulation calculation results of the model are basically consistent with the detection results of the physical prototype,meeting the basic operating requirements of the diesel engine.After preliminary bench test verification,the prototype runs smoothly and the overall performance meets the expected design requirements.
