摘 要:采用正交试验设计方法,研究阻燃型万寿菊秸秆板的制备优化工艺参数。结果表明,当制备工艺参数为热压温度130℃,热压时间12 min,热压压力3 MPa,施胶量12%时,秸秆板性能最为优化。在此条件下,板材最大氧指数为34.2%,达到GB 8624-2012《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》中B1级难燃材料的氧指数要求。分析认为阻燃剂中的磷、氮元素发挥了协同效应,以此提升了阻燃效果。The optimum technological parameters of the flame-retardant marigold straw board were studied by orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that the performance of straw board was most optimized when the preparation process parameters were as follows:hot pressing temperature was 130℃,hot pressing time 12 min,hot pressing pressure was 3 MPa and glue application amount was 12%.Under these conditions,the maximum oxygen index of sheet metal was 34.2%,which met the requirements of the oxygen index of grade B1 refractory materials in GB 8624-2012 Combustion Performance Classification of Building Materials and Products.The analysis concluded that the phosphorus and nitrogen elements in the flame retardant played a synergistic effect,thus enhancing the flame retardant effect.
