产教融合背景下应用型环保人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入,产教融合和校企合作办学被认为是培养适应社会和产业需求的应用型专业人才的有效方式。本文以吉林师范大学环境工程专业为例,分别从人才培养方案的设定、课程体系的构建以及人才培养模式的定位进行深入的探讨,分析现阶段环保类专业教学模式的现状和存在的问题。在此基础上提出了“双内容、双场地、双导师”的“三双”人才培养模式,并指出这种培养模式下亟需解决的问题。从产教融入进一步深入到产教融合,目的在于培养应用型化工环保专业人才,以满足现阶段国家和地方的需要。With the deepening of higher education reform in China,the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation have been considered as an effective way to train professional talents who can adapt to the needs of society and industry.Chemical Environmental Science and Engineering major of Jilin Normal University was taken as an example,made an in-depth discussion on the setting of talent training program,the construction of course system and the positioning of talent training mode,and the current situation and existing problems of the teaching mode of Environmental major at the present stage were analyzed.Based on the above discussion,the talent training mode of“double content,double venue and double tutor”and the problems that need to be solved under this training mode were pointed out.From the addition of industry and education to the integration of industry and education,the purpose of this talent training mode was to cultivate applied environmental professionals to meet the current national and local needs for chemical environmental professionals.
