摘 要:由于开采技术有限,很多老旧煤矿采空区存在大量有毒有害气体。针对以上问题,对煤矿井下采空区内遗煤赋存的复杂情况实地调研后,分析采空区有毒有害气体对该煤层复采带来的安全隐患。以某老窑为研究对象,在矿井已有光环网络的基础上,设计基于CAN总线的有毒有害气体实时在线监测系统,通过气体传感器对煤矿采空区的有毒有害气体(CO、CH_(4)、C_(2)H_(4)、O_(2)等)进行实时采集,光纤温度传感器实时监测井下温度;基于MCGS组态的上位机远程监控井下状态,搭建工业网关上传数据到煤矿的光环网,实现系统能够在井上监控室即可实时监测井下状态,并对井下有毒有害气体和煤炭自燃预警的功能。系统采集数据与人工采集数据比对结果表明:二者采集数据变化规律一致,数据误差小于5%。井下为期半年的实际运行证明了该系统能够及时反馈井下有毒有害气体和温度异常,实现提前预警的功效,为井下遗煤复采提供有力保障。Due to limited mining technology,there is a large amount of toxic and harmful gases in old coal mine goafs.For the above problems,the complex situation of residual coal occurrence in the goaf of overlying old kiln is investigated,and the safety hazard caused by toxic and harmful gases in the goaf to the coal seam remining is analyzed.The overlying old kiln is taken as the research object.On the basis of the existing halo network of the mine,the real-time online monitoring system of overlying old kiln toxic and harmful gases is designed based on CAN bus.Gas sensors collect toxic and harmful gases,namely,CO,CH_(4),CO_(2),C_(2 )H4,O_(2 )and so on,in the goaf of coal mines in real-time,and fiber optic temperature sensors are used to monitor underground temperatures in real-time;the upper computer based on MCGS configuration is used to remotely monitor the underground status,an industrial gateway is built to upload data to the coal mine’s optical ring network to realize the function of real-time monitoring of the underground state in the monitoring room,and early warning of toxic and harmful gases and coal spontaneous combustion in the underground.The comparison between the system collected data and manual collected data show that the variation of the two data is consistent,with a data error of less than 5%.After six months of actual operation in the downhole,the system has proved that it can be used to timely feedback the toxic and harmful gases,as well as temperature abnormalities in the downhole,achieving the effect of early warning and providing strong support for the re mining of overlying old kiln residual coal.
