摘  要:为测量辐射照度、辐射亮度、吸光度、透射率、反射率、CIE颜色、色温、原始光谱的谱图及数据,需对光谱仪进行波长标定、暗电流扣除标定、波形矫正、非线性矫正等一系列光谱仪定标及相关处理功能。主要总结了光谱仪的波长定标、暗电流扣除、非线性矫正、波形矫正等算法的处理。利用最小二乘法多项式拟合定标、归一化、查表法、多因子加权法、计算黑体辐射响应与理论响应的关系,通过公式的反复推导以及多次测量、反复计算所得的结果数据,集多种校正方法于一体,使波长测量精确到0.3 nm,暗电流被成功扣除,非线性拟合精确到1.029,使得波形矫正达到与理想变化趋势基本一致的结果。In order to measure irradiance,radiance,absorbance,transmittance,reflectance,CIE color,color temperature,original spectral maps and data,a series of spectrometer calibration and related processing functions,such as wavelength calibration,dark current deduction calibration,waveform correction,and nonlinear correction need to be performed on the spectrometer.The processing of algorithms for wavelength calibration,dark current deduction,nonlinear correction,and waveform correction of the spectrometer are mainly summarized.The least square polynomial is used to fitting calibration,normalization,table lookup,multi factor weighting,and the calculation of the relationship between black-body radiation response and theoretical response are mainly used,through the repeated derivation of formulas and the result data obtained through multiple measurements and calculations,various correction methods are integrated to achieve wavelength measurement accuracy of 0.3 nm,the dark current is successfully deducted,and achieving nonlinear fitting accuracy of 1.029,achieving waveform correction that is basically consistent with the ideal change trend.
