摘  要:针对水下推进器电机的性能要求,设计了一款12槽14极、250 W的MD-W5040外转子直流永磁电机,分析了其结构特点。然后在Maxwell2D中建立了电机模型,前处理后对电机的磁场磁密、输出转矩、负载损耗等进行了计算。进一步地,将损耗作为热源在Ansys Workbench的Fluent模块中对稳态负载下的电机进行了温度计算,验证了该电机设计合理性。最后对试制的电机物理样机进行了测试分析,结果表明在额定电压、电流时,电机转速3000 r/min,输出功率为258 W,扭矩为0.8 N·m,效率为78.8%,满足水下推进器对驱动电机的性能要求。目前,该电机已实现了量产。A 12 slot,14 pole,250 W MD-W5040 external rotor DC permanent magnet motor is designed to meet the performance requirements of underwater thruster motors,and its structural characteristics are analyzed.Then,a motor model is established in Maxwell2D,and the magnetic field density,output torque,load loss,etc.of the motor are calculated after preprocessing.Furthermore,the loss is used as a heat source in the Fluent module of Ansys Workbench to calculate the temperature of the motor under steady-state load,verifying the rationality of the motor design.Finally,the physical prototype of the trial produced motor is tested and analyzed.The results show that at rated voltage and current,the motor speed is 3000 r/min,the output power is 258 W,the torque is 0.8 N·m,and the efficiency is 78.8%,meeting the performance requirements of underwater thrusters for driving motors.At present,the motor has achieved mass production.
