摘 要:在国内有机化学实验教材中,制备类实验多数采用液相合成.与之相比,固相合成具有高效、安全和绿色环保等优势.因此,拓展固相反应在基础有机化学实验教学中的应用具有重要意义.以二苯甲醇的制备实验为例,探究固相反应可行性.反应过程避免使用毒性有机溶剂并采用温和型还原剂叔丁基胺硼烷,既降低了反应的毒性又增加了操作的安全性.实验操作简单,反应过程加上后处理步骤只需1.5小时,二苯甲醇的分离产率可达86%.此外,在实验过程中引入TLC、GC-MS和NMR等手段对产物进行分析表征,有利于提升学生的综合实验技能和科学素养.Liquid phase synthesis is the most used method for the preparation experiments in the organic chemistry experiment for undergraduate.In comparison,solid phase reaction has the advantages in terms of efficiency,safety and environmental protection.Thus,it is great importance to expand the application of solid phase reaction in undergraduate practice.In this work,the synthesis of diphenylmethanol was used to demonstrate the feasibility of solid phase reaction.The toxicity was reduced without using toxic solvent and the safety was improved by using tert-butylamine borane as mild reductant.The reaction and aftertreatment processes could be finished in only 1.5 h with isolated yield up to 86%due to the simple processing steps.In addition,several techniques such as thin layer chromatography,gas chromatography,mass spectroscopy and NMR spectroscopy were adopted to characterize products,which could improve experiment skills and scientific literacy of undergraduate students.
