摘 要:为明确高校宿舍同伴效应的发生机制,本研究以自我决定理论为基础,构建以自主学习动机为中介的研究模型,考察自主学习动机在同伴互动与个体学业成绩、同伴成绩与个体学业成绩间的中介作用。结果显示:在控制性别、是否为独生子女、户籍等变量后,大学生群体中存在积极的宿舍同伴效应,其中自主学习动机能够在同伴互动与个体学业成绩间起完全中介作用;在同伴成绩与个体学业成绩间起部分中介作用。研究建议高校可以开展相关活动加强宿舍建设,为同伴互动提供相关途径;同时高校在宿舍管理方法制定的过程中应重视宿舍同伴的作用,尤其是榜样同伴的带头作用,以充分发挥同伴成绩对个体的影响。To clarify the mechanism underlying the peer effects in college dormitories,this study constructs a model mediated by autonomous learning motivation to investigate the mediating effect of autonomous learning motivation on the relationship between peer interaction and individual academic achievement,peer achievement and individual academic achievement.The results show that after controlling for variables such as gender,being the only child or not,and household registration,there is a positive dorm peer effect among college students,in which autonomous learning motivation can play a completely mediating role in the relationship between peer interaction and individual academic performance.And it plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between peer achievement and individual academic achievement.The study suggests that colleges and universities should carry out relevant activities to strengthen dormitory construction and provide relevant ways for peer interaction.At the same time,in the process of developing dormitory management methods,colleges and universities should attach great importance to the role of dormitory peers,especially the leading role of model peers to give full play to the influence of peer achievements on individuals.
