基于人体寄生虫实物的3D-数字化标本库的构建及其在“人体寄生虫学”混合式实验教学中的应用

摘  要:目的构建基于人体寄生虫实物3D-数字化标本库,并探索其在“人体寄生虫学”实验教学中的应用效果。方法以我校人体寄生虫教研室的大体标本和玻片标本为主素材,依托上海梦之路公司制作成3D数字化标本,并配有各自的二维码;以本校2020级护理本科1班为实验组,采用线上线下混合式实验教学法;以本校2020级护理本科2班为对照组,采用常规实验室教学法。结果对实验组和对照组共同参与的实验报告成绩、标本辨认成绩进行比较分析,实验组的实验报告成绩及标本辨认成绩高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论这种基于实物的3D-数字化标本辅助线上线下实验教学促进了医学生对人体寄生虫学的学习,值得推广应用。Objective To construct a 3D digital specimen bank based on human parasites and explore its application in the experimental teaching of human parasitology.Methods Using gross specimens and slide specimens from the human parasite Teaching and Research Department of our university as main materials,3D digital specimens were prepared by shanghai dream road company and equipped with their own twodimensional code;The nursing undergraduate class1 of 2020 was selected as the experimental group,and the online and offline mixed experimental teaching method was adopted.The conventional laboratory teaching method was adopted in the control group of the 2nd nursing undergraduate class of 2020.Results The results of experimental report and specimen identification were compared between the experimental group and the control group.The results of experimental report and specimen identification were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01 resspectively).Conclusion This kind of physical-based 3D-digital specimen assisted online and ofline experimental teaching can promote the study of human parasitology for medical students,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
