摘　　要：卒中具有高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率的特点,且卒中后肢体功能障碍会严重影响患者的身心健康及日常生活,给个人、家庭乃至社会带来沉重负担。石蜡疗法为传统中医外治疗法,经过历代医家的传承与创新,其在辅助治疗卒中后肢体功能障碍中疗效确切,能够有效减轻患者肢体疼痛程度、痉挛状态以及改善患者运动功能,明显提高患者的生活质量以及学习工作能力。本文首先介绍了石蜡疗法的溯源及作用机制,然后综述了其在卒中后肢体功能障碍中的应用现状,以期为该病的治疗研究提供参考。Stroke has the characteristics of high incidence rate,high disability rate and high mortality rate,and limb dysfunction after stroke will seriously affect the physical and mental health and daily life of patients,bringing heavy burden to individuals,families and society.Paraffin therapy is a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment that has been passed down and innovated by generations of physicians.It has a definite therapeutic effect in assisting in the treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke,effectively reducing the degree of limb pain and spasticity of patients,and improving the motor function of patients,and significantly improving their quality of life and learning and work abilities.This article first introduces the origin and mechanism of paraffin therapy,and then reviews its application status in limb dysfunction after stroke,in order to provide reference for the treatment research of this disease.
