摘 要:针对传统中药化学实验课在教学设计及考核方面存在的不足,本课题组开展“以学生为主体”的翻转课堂教学模式改革,包括“课前自主预习、课中实践内化、课后总结提升”三个环节,凸显翻转课堂中的“教师主导作用”和“学生主体地位”。根据翻转课堂的多样性教学环节,采用具有多元性特征的“过程性评价”考核模式,并设计相对应的考核内容,以期多面性、综合性评价学生的学习状态、学习过程和学习效果。在改革过程中,学生能很好地适应“学生先学、老师后教”的课程安排,在课前自主完成预习并发挥主观能动性,有助于学生提高学习主动性和积极性,而且学生能将所获得的知识、能力、情感运用至后续课程学习,甚至延续至日后工作或者深造学习,实现“内化于心,外化于行”。In view of the shortcomings of laboratory course of traditional Chinese medicine chemistry in teaching design and assessment,the research group carried out the reform of"student-centered"flipped classroom teaching mode,including three links:"independent preview before class,internalization by practice in class,and promotion by summary after class",highlighting the"teacher’s leading role"and"student’s dominant position"in the flipped classroom.According to the diversity of teaching links in flipped classroom,we adopt the"process evaluation"assessment mode with diversified characteristics and design the corresponding assessment contents,in order to comprehensively evaluate students’learning status,learning process and learning effect in many aspects.In the process of reform,students can well adapt to the course arrangement of"students’learning comes before teacher’s teaching",complete independent preview before class and give full play to their subjective initiative,which will help students improve their learning initiative and enthusiasm.Moreover,students can apply the acquired knowledge,ability and emotion to subsequent courses,and even continue to work or further study in the future,so as to realize"internalizing in the heart and externalizing in the action".
