摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的疗效及对炎性因子、胃肠激素水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2022年6月于我院住院治疗的84例反流性食管炎患者。随机分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组给予雷贝拉唑治疗,观察组给予雷贝拉唑联合康复新液治疗。对比两组疗效及炎性因子、胃肠激素水平。结果治疗后,两组观察组0级例数明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组症状评分、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-a、CRP和SS水平显著低于对照组,GAS、MOT水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗反流性食管炎,疗效显著,可以显著改善患者临床症状和胃肠激素水平。Objectives To investigate the efficacy of KangfuxinLiquid combined with Rabeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis and its influence on inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormone levels.Methods A total of 84 patients with reflux esophagitis who were hospitalized in Chaisang District People's Hospital from January 2018 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rabeprazole,while the observation group was treated with Rabeprazole combined with KangfuxinLiquid.The curative effect,inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the number of cases of grade 0 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a),C-reactive protein(CRP),and somatostatin(SS)in theobservation group were significantly lower than those in thecontrol group,while the levels of serum gastrin(GAS)and plasma motilin(MOT)in theobservation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions KangfuxinLiquid combined with Rabeprazole has a significant therapeutic effect on reflux esophagitis,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal hormone levels of patients.
