扶正解毒祛湿汤联合重组人干扰素治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨扶正解毒祛湿汤联合重组人干扰素治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法选取本院126例HPV23分型检查阳性患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各63例。对照组采用重组人干扰素治疗,治疗组采用扶正解毒祛湿汤联合重组人干扰素治疗,比较两组的HPV转阴率及中医证候积分。结果治疗6个月后,治疗组HPV转阴率为46.03%,高于对照组的26.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,治疗组带下量多、带下色黄、带下浓稠、带下异味、腰骶痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正解毒祛湿汤联合重组人干扰素治疗HPV感染,可显著提升HPV转阴率,减轻主要临床症状,应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Qushi decoction combined with recombinant human interferon in the treatment of cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 126 patients with positive HPV 23 typing test in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon,while the treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Jiedu Qushi decoction combined with recombinant human interferon.The HPV negative conversion rate and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of treatment,the HPV negative conversion rate in the treatment group was 46.03%,higher than 26.98%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After 6 months of treatment,the treatment group had more vaginal discharge,yellow vaginal discharge,thick vaginal discharge,unpleasant odor,and lower lumbosacral pain scores compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Fuzheng Jiedu Qushi decoction and recombinant human interferon in the treatment of HPV infection can significantly improve the negative conversion rate of HPV,alleviate major clinical symptoms,and have high application value.
