MRI与多层螺旋CT检查在巨大浆膜下子宫肌瘤中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨MRI与多层螺旋CT检查在巨大子宫肌瘤中的诊断价值。方法选取本院接收的70例疑似巨大子宫肌瘤检查患者为研究对象,对患者均进行MRI检查与多层螺旋CT检查,比较两种检查方式的诊断效能,并分析影像学表现。结果70例患者中,经手术病理诊断最终确诊49例(70.00%),MRI疾病检出率为65.71%,多层螺旋CT疾病检出率为62.86%;两种检查方式的疾病检出率、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、诊断符合率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多层螺旋CT检查中,患者存在实性肿块35例,囊实性肿块9例;MRI检查中,患者存在实性肿块35例,囊实性肿块11例。结论在巨大子宫肌瘤检查诊断中,采取MRI与多层螺旋CT检查均具有较高的疾病检出率,且存在一定特征性,诊断效能高,利于患者疾病诊断,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MRI and multi-slice spiral CT in the examination of giant uterine fibroids.Methods 70 patients with suspected giant uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.MRI and multi-slice spiral CT examinations were performed on all patients,and the diagnostic efficacy of the two examination methods was compared,and imaging manifestations were analyzed.Results Among the 70 patients,49(70.00%)were ultimately diagnosed through surgical and pathological diagnosis,with a disease detection rate of 65.71%on MRI and 62.86%on multi-slice spiral CT;There was no statistically significant difference in disease detection rate,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,and diagnostic accuracy between the two examination methods(P>0.05);In multi-slice spiral CT examination,there were 35 cases of solid masses and 9 cases of cystic solid masses in patients;In the MRI examination,there were 35 cases of solid masses and 1l cases of cystic solid masses in the patients.Conclusion In the diagnosis of giant uterine fibroids,both MRI and multi-slice spiral CT examinations have a high disease detection rate,and have certain characteristics.The diagnostic efficiency is high,which is beneficial for patient disease diagnosis and is worth promoting and applying.
